My adventures in scrapbooking began back in the '90s when I was in high school. I got into Creative Memories (pretty much the only scraping outlet at the time) and created my first album documenting my senior year.
I continued to scrap with my friends during college and then got really busy finding a job, husband and having a grown-up life! After taking an amazing two-week trip to Italy and taking hundreds of digital pictures, I decided to get back into scrapbooking.
I made a huge 60 page Italy scrapbook which propelled me back into scrapping. A lot has changed since that first book I made! I love the new "style" of scrapbooking, where it is very artistic and creative.
Since most of my photos are stuck on the computer or online, I have slowly (emphasis on SLOWLY) started to scrap some of my favorite memories.
Adding two little girls to our lives has complicated things a bit, (a LOT more photos and a LOT less time) but thanks to my faithful scrappin' gal pals (you know who you are, ladies!!!) my scrapbooking adventures continue.
This blog is really just a way for me to have an online record of the pages I've done and to share them with whoever is interested. I am notorious for "scraplifting" ideas off the net, so please feel free to do the same.
