I used some special paper (rice paper?) to mat Caelyn's photo. To get the fibers to stand out when you rip the paper, use a wet Q-tip to outline the edges, then gently pull apart the paper. I glued on an old pearl string I had lying around to make the border unique.
The "E" is cut out from my printer and the rest was printed directly onto the photo.
